Home For Good was founded in 2003 by a group of dedicated affordable housing leaders at the direction of Fannie Mae. In coordination with Fannie Mae, Home For Good launched the first ever scattered site lease-purchase mortgage program in the USA.

Home For Good's assumable home loans are funded through partnered mortgage originators and are underwritten based on Federal Housing Administration requirements. Home For Good has over 15 years' experience in the development, operations and management of affordable housing programs.
